Local Feeding Programs Need Volunteers
Local non-profit emergency feeding programs (i.e. soup kitchens and/or pantries) are in need of volunteers. Jobs include packing bags, delivering to homebound clients, pantry restocking, unloading of trucks, packing holiday baskets. Ongoing.

Administrative Assistant Needed
Applicants should be proficient in administrative tasks such as data management, mail merge, mailings (bulk & regular) and online research, have good phone skills and must be available during normal business hours; Mon.-Fri. 9a-4p. Ongoing.

Data Entry Specialist
Volunteer will work in the Volunteer Management and Member Services departments and will assist with updating and maintaining databases. Tasks include, but are not limited to, contacting FBSJ volunteers and agencies, imputing volunteer hours and compiling monthly reports. Applicants should be proficient with computers, have good phone skills and must be available during normal business hours; Mon.-Fri. 9a-4p. Ongoing.

Media/Public Relations Assistant
Assistants are needed to send monthly press releases, update the FBSJ’s current media contact list and database, as well as, organize and maintain media files; both electronic and paper. Applicants should be proficient with computers, have good phone, communication and follow-up skills. Applicant must also be available during normal business hours, Mon.-Fri. 9a-4p. Energetic personality a plus! Ongoing.

Graphic Design Assistant
Volunteer will work with the Communications Manager to develop logos and other marketing materials. Applicants should have design experience and be familiar with Quark, photo editing software, Adobe Acrobat and PowerPoint. Ongoing.
